I have become a snorer (is that the right spelling) anyway it is really really loud, so loud in fact that i wake myself up....

i mentioned this to the doc and she said its because i have put on weight and i need to loose it.....
but i notice today my sinuses feel a bit sore so i wonder if i have problems there...
anyway i went and bought the orange beconase a friend recommened, so i hope that works or at least helps....

As long as I'm sleeping on my side or on my stomach I don't. If I fall asleep on my back and my pillow isn't in the right spot, apparently I "snuffle". I asked him once to explain to me what he meant by "snuffle" and he said that it was that kind of cute nasally breathing Rosie does when she's out to the count.

Melinda

what kind of doctor was it that you saw? was it an ENT?

DH snores..like every night. and it gets worse when he's on his back. i can't even wake him up most nights for him to stop, so i grab my pillow and fleece blanket and sleep on the couch. it's terrible!
supposedly i snore too once in awhile, but not often. :) (at least that's what he tells me!)

Melinda

No i was just the GP Kiki.
i will try to sort it out myself before going to a specialist...
i only sleep on my stomach.

i think i was marginally better last night, but only very marginally,,,,,

it wouldn't hurt to go to a specialist anyway. :dk:

this one nurse i work with actually said that there's this surgery they do especially to stop snorer's. uhm, no thanks!

Rhinocorte is great stuff. I used to snore really badly because I have a deviated septum and some allergy problems, but I am a lt better since using it.

:shh: Don't tell anyone, but I snore sometimes. Usually I wake myself up when I do, blocked sinuses definitely make it worse.

One time I woke myself up with a little snore while the dentist was working on my teeth! How embarassing!
