must be fully cook, so for fried the yolk needs to be popped and flipped and cooked all the way through so its fluffy yellow. I like making them into egg, bacon, cheese and tomato sauce muffins :d: :d:
I also love eggs in egg and bacon pie.
not too keen on scrambled too much but its ok.

love eggs and did anyone watch that new show the other night on Channel 9, what's good for you and that Dr Andrew (something) showed that eating 4 eggs a day actually lowered his cholesterol, I like boiled and poached and with lots of fresh buttered toast... and a hot cup of tea...

Noooo, you can't flip them
I don't mind it if they have a bit of snot on them :hehe:.
I'll eat eggs raw or cooked - it doesn't bother me. I probably eat about 4 a day usually in an omelette or I might crack one in a protein drink or even just hard boiled as a snack :)

Eggs - When cooking must be hard, not runny :eww:
But will have a raw egg in a smoothie or protien drink.
Nearly forgot, have put raw egg in my hair for a protien treatment Goooeee !!

If you like a runny yolk but not snotty on the top put a plate or lid over the frypan, just watch the egg(s) carefully as they can cook a little quicker.
I like my eggs fried(runny yolk) but i dont like the white, bolied (runny yolk) scrammbled are ok but had to eat too much of it as a kid.
Train smash is ok.
Unfortunalty latlet i can eat eggs tho unless they are in something ie cakes or my mash! they have a tendency to make me want to run to the loo.:eww:
I am not a big egg eater. Scrambled with lots of parsley and heaps of pepper.

i love runny eggs, and I do the lid thing! Nothing worse than snot on your eggs!! LOL
I like omelettes as well! Not a fan of scrambled eggs..
and...... I pick out the little wriggly things off the yolk! They just look off when cooked!

They do a great dish in china and it is egg cooked with tomato - sounds dull but it is actually really delicious. Not sure how to cook it myself so I just end up poaching them.

I am a big egg-eater!
My favourites are boiled egg with hard yolk. Soft yolk is alright too. :)
I don't like scrumbled eggs, they looks not very presentable :)
Sometimes I make omlettes and fryed eggs, but not often, because it is heavy for my stomace.

Love eggshttp://www.weddingsonline.ie/forums/images/smiles/love.gif sooooo yummy.
Love them Poached,
in a quice
softboiled, then taken out of the shell and mashed with real butter and black pepper. Glorious!
Love the white firm but the yolk firm on outside but runny in middle.
Angie, poached eggs are basically softly boiled eggs without the shell.Just place a raw egg onto a plate and slide it into water that has been preheated (not boiling but nearly). Cook for about 2 minutes. you can get poachers to keep the eggs shape but I couldn't be bothered with them.
How do you make eggs benedict?

Mostly fried but only just fried. So the white is cooked but the yolk is still nice and runny. But I always have to pick the little bits of red blood and white gunky bits out before I cook it.

Hmmm bum nuts...we eat them anyway. Scramble must have no runny bits, but fried eggs need to have runny yokes, no snot and yep I do the lid thing too.

I had the best scrambled eggs yesterday, I cut up some ham, tomato, onion, capsicum, and zuchini, cooked it all together, added some cheese at the last minute.
It was so yummy.

I made the yummiest omelete the other night for dinner...it had bacon bits and mushies in it and was topped with cheese. I make round omeletes without bothering to turn them over.

Is that the general rule for pregnant women, or just some?.
Just curious, have never heard that about eggs before.
