i watched the interview she had when I was in the US, I think she is given a bad rap in the press...really she seemed nice, she has made lots of money and is now in her own business...she is the only women in history to have some amazing amount of albums sold or number one hit singles, even more than Madoona...so she must of done something right along the way...she talked about her son Sean and how he has changed her life and that she is happy to be having another baby etc...

I think she is a very family orientated person, she's from a small country town isn't she? So she would ahve been raised in that kind of environment until she got into showbiz anyway.

She doesnt look that good when photographs are being taken on the street so I would imagine a bit of airbrushing was involved. I am sure she is given a bad rap but then again sometimes I think these celebrities bring it on themselves quite a bit as well.

I think she deserved a roasting over holding the baby on her lap while she drove, that was INCREDIBLY stupid.

But I think the more recent stories are a beat up and absolutely ridiculous. At least you always see her with her baby unlike so many celebrity parents.

I am with Leigh on this one, don't even follow the gossip but they have given this poor girl hell, seemingly she can't do a thing right dropped her baby , then it fell from a bed, so what I dropped my first from his carrycot onto the foot path, Luckily his blankets went with him, and my second baby I left in the supermarket on the packing shelf, and my poor third , no its to bad wont tell that one

I, too, think that she has gotten a bad rap. She is very family oriented and gets a lot of scrutiny in the press. I don't have kids but my mom has told me hysterical stories about mistakes she made when I was a baby...As for looking great at six months...I know it was airbrushed! Did anyone else see the interview with Matt Lauer a few weeks ago? She looked AWFUL. Very poorly kempt, bad makeup, bad hair. Matt and I wondered if she remembered she was going to be on television!

I just have to say that I hate the way the press has hounded her and are constantly creating "bad mother" stories...I remember how I was with my first baby..I had no confidence and made my share of mistakes...Thank goodness I didn't have to have photographers watching my every move...
