Good luck Bob.

My DH gave up in May 2008, he was hypnotised, and hasn't had a puff since. It really is great that he doesn't smoke....I didn't realise how much it took him away from us.

How's it going Tina? Has he managed to stay off them? not yet Alexa, with the Champix tablets you still smoke to start with & then between days 8 _14 you pick your quit day. He did say he has noticed he isnt smoking as much which is a good start.

Good luck to Bob Tina :) I bet he is feeling a little nervous knowing his quit day is coming soon. You must be proud of him knowing he is giving this a go :)

I took up the yucky habit again last year when I went through a pretty bad rough patch, and i'm now 2 weeks and 3 days as a non-smoking smoker :) Until then I wasn't ready mentally to do it. I bought myself a couple of jars of ChupaChups, pinky promised T14 I wouldn't smoke. And I am still smoke free :) Until you are ready mentally it's losing battle. JA is still smoking, but I don't even get the urge :)
