Check out my latest acomplishment I made tonight? Got the instructions off Patricia and this was my results. It was very yummy and even the boys loved it, might have to do it more often it was quite easy

Angie Looks great well done- Chicken Schnitzel is a favourite in our house too- I often cut the chicken into smaller pieces before I crumb them - it makes the chicken go further.

Well done Angie...I buy ours already crumbed. The butcher crumbs them in different flavours...we love the garlic.
