How do you make yours? I'm interested in making some, and would like to know what sorts of things others put in?

I will post a recipe soon. I am about to feed the fur kids.

Here is the recipe.


Minestrone.
250g haricot beans
2 teaspoons oil
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
3/4 teaspoon basil
6 shallots
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3 tomatoes
3 sticks celery
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1 1/4 litres chicken stock
salt/pepper
1 cup elbow macaroni
extra parsley
grated parmesan

Soak beans overnight in cold water drain. boil in salted water about one hour or until tender, drain and reserve.
Prepare vegetables, crush garlic, chop onion and shallots, peel seed, and chop tomatoes, chop celery, carrot, and potato.
Heat oil in large saucepan, saute garlic, onion shallots, parsley and basil until lightly browned.
Add tomato paste and cook stirring, 5 mins. Add tomatoes, celery,carrots, potatoes and stock.
Bring to the boil reduce heat, simmer gently 45 mins to one hour or until vegetables are tender, add beans. Add macaroni and cook 10 minutes or until tender.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with salt and pepper and grated parmesan.

HERES MINE

Potatoes,carrots,zuchini,lentils,onions,garlic,chi cken stock, tomatoes(use tin if you wish)cook it all up, add pasta and brussel sprouts)quartered) in the last half hour. Eat with crusty italian rolls
