Can anyone tell me a recipe to make this? Nothing too complicated please :)

The easiest way I do it is to get some chicken schnitzel (sp), spread some pasta sauce over the top (the pre-made stuff in a jar!), then sprinkle cheese over the top. Put it in the oven until cooked :D
You can also grill it - grill the back of the chicken first, turn it over, then add the pasta sauce & cheese & grill again.

I basically do the same thing as Melissa...
I get a chicken breast fillet, and pound it out until it's thin. Then I coat it in flour, and shallow fry it until golden brown on both sides. Then I either top it with a homemade or bought pasta type tomato sauce and top with cheese and grill. Sometimes I also use ham instead of the tomato sauce.
I'm actually planning on having this during the week.
This is one of our family faves too.
I cook it the same way as Jewly and Melissa, but I use ham and the tomato sauce and add some mushrooms under the cheese.
Mmmm...I'm hungry now. LOL

Do any of you buy chicken kievs (ready prepared) from the butchers? I usually do as they are popular in our house but today for a change I got chicken parmiagana ones instead....I will keep you posted on how they were received. ;)

Yum, I had never thought of making chicken parmigiana before (I don't eat it very often) but it sounds so easy, I'm willing to give it a go.
