Today I thought I would go downstairs and bring some more wood up in the wheelbarrow. Was coming up the ramp when the barrow turned to the side fell over spilling all the wood into the Bromilliads, and at the same time me losing my balance and falling into the garden, somehow doing a magical 360 deg, and falling backwards over the 3 1/2 foot high rock wall and then find myself hanging by one leg..Stop laughing..
After I recovered, I had to go wash my clothes that had dirt all over them. I wasn't sore at the time, but am starting to feel a bit stiff in the back area now. Think I have done way too much exercise this weekend...:haha:
