Has anyone tried those Nescafe satchels...I'm drinking a sweet cappuccino one right now...they are delicious! You get 10 individual satchels so your coffee doesn't go stale if you dont use it all within a week and you get this neat little shaker with chocolate in it that you sprinkle on top...

I gave up coffee too when I gave up smoking (having a coffee was a trigger that made me want to smoke) but I have had cravings for it lately and so I thought I'd try something nice...

They aren't really sweet and if you like sweet coffee you'll need to add sugar. And Barbara they come in Decaf.

I thought they were expensive too but it works out under 50c per cup 'cause all you need to add is the water...how much is a cup if you go out an buy one? about $3.00...

Yeah but when you buy a cup, it's real coffee, espresso, and you get your caffeine in one hit. With instant it takes so much more to get that same hit ... well, it does for me anyway.

I gave up coffee when I was trying to get pregnant and then when I was pregnant and then breastfeeding ... so all up, was 3 years or so of no coffee and when Hugo weaned at Christmas time I really took it back up with a vengeance :hehe: I have 2-3 coffees (plunger or espresso) to start the day.

I haven't seen them. I like plunger coffee as I like my coffee strong.

lol yeah, I always add extra water to my mug when DH makes a plunger. I am too lazy to make my own though so I just get him to make extra and water it down. He's a fiend though, he always has double shot coffees, I can't remember a time when he has had 'normal' strength coffee. It's like Patric's signature only his would say "there's too much blood in my caffeine-stream" :hehe:

A little offtopic. I don't drink coffee, never have, not even tasted it. Was at a womans house the other day and she asked if I wanted a cuppa..I said yes, tea please.
She brings it out, and I smelt it :eww: coffee, but I didn't want to be rude and say something, so I sat there and drank it :eww: :eww: It was homebrand instant. First and last coffee I will ever have LMAO
