And I have made a really delicious looking apple -slice...

I thought seeing as I had the oven on I would make myself something tasty for lunch.....and yes it is low fat cheese so it's not really as bad as it looks! :P

Can you express post my piece to me Patric? Would go down a treat with a cup of tea right about now.

What brand of cheese do you use? I have trouble getting low fat cheese to go golden like that.

Naomi it is Woolworths no brand low fat tasty cheese block and I just grated some up and threw it on the top..tastes quite nice too :)

It looks delicious...I love apple pie and slices...and I use the home brand low fat cheese too, it tastes the same as the brand names...

No a slice is a sweet..I guess a cross between a biscuit and a cake..comes in all different flavours..fruit ones. chocolate ones..do you not have recipes for slices over there?
