Doe anyone have any good ideas or know of any products that will help get my skin into shape before my sister's wedding (june 4th). I'm a little stressed about other things and because of that my face is a breeding ground for zits (here we go again... LOL) and other nasties. I also have some dry patches on my body (don't know why!). Any help much appreciated?

Also on another issues, when should you get your hair coloured/cut/done before a special occasion? Any thoughts. :)

If you really trust your hairdresser I would go for the day before so that it has a time to settle but you don't have to wash it and blow dry it yourself.

On the matter of skin, book yourself in for a facial about a week before the wedding (so that if you have any breakouts due to the facial cleaning, it won't be so disastrous). I'm one for daily cleansing and moisturising with some rather expensive products I bought last time I had a facial.

I agree with semele, a facial might be good. Do you look after your skin at the moment? Just stick to your normal cleansing and moisturising routine, and maybe even do a mask around about now so that there is no breakouts. If your skin is a bit unhappy maybe try something quite natural and good for sensitive skin.
Drink plenty of water and try to relax, get plenty of sleep.
With the rest of your body exfoliate and make sure you moisturise with a nice body moisturiser or body butter.

With the hair thing I think it'd be ok to get it done the day before, as long as you are just getting something you have had plenty of times before. If you are going to be doing any drastic changes then I would definately go get it done asap, or wait until after the wedding.

If your getting a colour done, go a week before, that way it has time to settle, and if you have any staining on your skin anywhere, that'll be gone too.

I'd get a professional facial done now, and then keep up with weekly maintence with a mask once a week and exfoliating 2-3 times a week. But I wouldn't do your last mask withing 3 days of the wedding tho. And I agree, drink lots of water, it'll flush the crud out and have you looking all fresh and dewy with healthy skin.
