What kind of Handbag do you have?

Just going off the "what's in your handbag" thread, what type of handbag do you have?

Mine is relatively small but I'd love to get one of those long skinny ones (about 30cm long & only 15cm high).

I've got a few different ones but I think the old faithful is ready to retire :yes:

Might have to go handbag shopping I think :hehe:

I have several, depending on the occasion. For everyday use, it's generally a small backpack that has a few toddler supplies as well as my necessaries. If I want to have a smarter look, I have a largish (not huge) black leather shoulder bag. For a day out requiring more supplies, I have a brown Fossil tote. For evenings sans toddler, I have a small black leather hand bag.

The one I use most is a tiny thing, maybe 10cms x 10 cms LOL its very cute has zebra stripes on it :hehe: I just chuck that in the nappy bag and we're good to go

I only have 1, its only a small one, its a bit taller than it is wider. I have a black one, it really only just fits in my purse, keys and mobile.

I have a real soft leather one...it cost more than I like to think but it smells devine...I got a leather purse for my birthday and had to get a handbag to match so as soon as I had the money I did just that...it's one of the only times I have just gone out and bought something without thinking about it for months on end first...

I have never been a handbag person. I had a few but never really used them.
Bought myself a new one the other week and I love it, and its purple :)

We were dropping Scott off at TKD on Saturday and I saw this handbag in the hairdresser's window. I just fell in love with it. I stopped & looked at it on the way in and stopped and looked at it again on the way out. Hubby was waiting in the car telling me to hurry up. I told him I want THAT handbag and if that wasn't a big enough hint for him to get it for my birthday then I don't know what is.

I told him I want to walk past the window one day and see that it is gone so I can secretly hope that he has bought it for me LMAO.

I haven't been back yet though to see if it has gone - need to drop Scott off tonight & might have a look.

I have a BUNCH of different bags, from messenger to cute petite little things. My husband learned very quickly (or maybe he already knew) "Money is never wasted on handbags and shoes." His words, not mine.

I'm not really a bag person. Too lazy to have more than one everyday one and I only have one little one to look presentable when going out to dinner etc.
Both are black leather. I have a black leather purse too.

My handbag is one that needs replacing. I had a really nice one to take to China and it broke at the airport so I had to purchase one really quickly before I boarded my plane and I don't like it at all.

I will buy one before I leave on my next trip I think. I dont tend to use it much now anyway as I tend to take a baby bag around with me everywhere!

For atleast five years I had a wonderful job of buying handbags for the company I worked for. It was heaven. I would always make a note of the ones I was going to buy with my discount as soon as they came into the stores hehe. I only have about 5 now, but always seem to choose the same small pink and purple bag that has lasted me for yrs. The others just gather dust.

Pink Leather with Rhinestones...I love it! I have been hankering for a new bag for about a week now. There is a store in town that sells HOBO bags really discounted. I really love those bags. They are beautiful and practical...I am getting the camera for my b-day so I know I won't get one then. Maybe a present for myself?? My bday is only 3 weeks away... :)

I have too many handbags. Daily is a small backpack style to carry all the stuff we need. I love to carry different purses depending on my outfit and mood.

i have quite a few:yes: black,brown,green,purple :yes: backpack types , but theone i am using most atm is a purple one i got at the markets and i have had lots of comments about it being nice. my fav going out one is a bklack one the shape of a ladys bust i call it my bra bag:hehe: everyone comments on that one and asks where i got it , it is really cute.:)

I have 2 ...one which i now use for nicer outings...its very small and has a silky texture(black). Then i have my newish one that mum brought me for my b'day...its Black crochered (but dies have a lining not like the big crochered ones)

Im really fussy about handbags thats probably why i not a big handbag person......and the fact that i have never had money to buy them lol
