Well last night we had red wine gourmet sausages (which were really yummy) with steamed vegies.

Tonight we are just having some chicken burgers with sweet chilli sauce & salad :d:

So tell me what we should have for dinner tonight? I've yet to go to the supermarket so it can be anything (within reason). Don't want any Italian (all Italianed out this week) ... so, what do you suggest? Something to go with white wine, because I don't drink red and it's Friday so we'll have a bottle with dinner.

I had Lamb Casserole with mashed potato and vegies. Yummy. No I didn't make it, I had it delivered from a place on the Gold Coast and I only had to reheat it for 7 mnutes. All Gluten Free and tasted wonderful!!

Last night I had Sushi. Yum!

Tonight we are making mini stuffed baked potatoes with red potatoes. We get broccoli, spinach, sour cream, cheese, butter, bacon, etc. and make our own mini baked potatoes. Will also have salad! :yes:

We are having a beef casserole tonight with fresh homemade bread :d: The casserole has been slowly cooking away in the crock pot since about 9:30 this morning.

I made a spinach salad with the works. Kieren helped. And I made cornbread and poured the chili on top and the cheese on top of that and cooked it.

BINGO BARBAR..great minds think alike..I have my beef casserole bubbling away nicely too...and have added a stubbie of stout to mine..makes it soooo yummy!

Damn...I haven't even had a chance to think about dinner yet...wish I had a slow cooker, saw on the other day but it didn't look like it would feed my family!...have to keep looking.

We had fish & chips tonight. Was gonna be a spag bol but after I had the mince cooking & the water boiling for the spag I went to the cupboard to discover NO SPAGHETTI :headh: No where to get any so opted for fish & chips much to the kids delight!! Will be the spag bol tomorrow for sure!!

He is almost 15 Gina. He has lots of friends both girls and boys, and they often have sleep overs. We often have them all out here to stay over. They are sensible kids and no drinking, smoking or other shenanagins ever cross their minds.

Clam Chowder is DELICIOUS...but I am a fan of New England Clam Chowder...the creamy kind.

We are having leftovers tonight. After a week of the parents, we have TONS! :) White Barbeque chicken, Green Beans, Corn on the Cob, Baked Spaghetti, Pizza...we have it all!! :hehe:

I'll post the recipe in the recipe section! Its delicious and is native to Northern Alabama...you can eat it with anything but I think it best suits Chicken. We will do legs and thighs...

Oh, and we have added to the list of leftovers...now leftover Thai food (Matt's restaurant) from lunch, as well. :)
