Just wondering if anyone has been divorced and if they wear there rings on there other hand? I really miss wearing my rings and thinking maybe I could wear them on the other hand? Is that silly?

Looked at getting them reshaped etc but that would cost a bit? Such a waste sitting in my jewellery box?

I have known people who get them reshaped into a pendant or something. Or you could sell them and buy a new one that doesn't have the emotional significance for you, but is still a nice ring to wear. If you do want to wear it on your other hand, go for it! Sometimes I switch hands with my engagement ring (because I find my finger gets irritated with both rings together for some reason).

Oh, maybe you could just get it resized, and wear it on your middle finger?

Well speaking from experience with TWO engagement and wedding rings that are no longer useful, I had my first engagement resized and wore it on my other hand.

The 2nd ring doesn't hold as many memories so I just wear it on my normal finger.
They are both beautiful rings and I chose them, and after a (long) while the memories fade a bit.

I didn't want them set into another ring or necklace because I still knew where it came from so why waste the money.

Kylie has asked me to keep the engagement and wedding rings from her father. I have no idea why, but I'm keeping them.
