Saw it last night. Now, I had written a post about loving the book...LOVED the movie, too.

The end is very different than the book and they left out some stuff that surprised me a bit but it was still really great.

Meryl Streep was AWESOME! I thought she was probably the best one. Anne Hathaway did a great job, too.

The clothes and haute couture was SO exciting to watch...a definite recommend!!

If you plan on reading the book, do that first...just as the ending is diff from the movie...otherwise, see it! :)

I have already read the book and was excited to hear that Meryl Streep would be playing the role - I have been looking forward to it ever since. :)

Oh, yes, you will enjoy the movie.

Its definitely a bit different...The ending is completely different. But I appreciate them both.

A bit like how I LOVE the Divine Secrets of the Yaya Sisterhood, and though the movie left out some cruicial parts and changed things, I like them both...just not as the same thing! :)

Did he play her boyfriend or one of the magazine guys? I read the book while we were away, I really enjoyed it, a good easy read but not your run of the mill chick-lit. Might wait until it comes to Foxtel BO to watch it though .... probably only be in 3-4 months ...
