Pam's post about all of Harry's presents made me wonder ... does everyone spoil their pets?
We don't, of course  Well, maybe a bit.
Nik regularly gets bbq chicken as a treat, and at Christmas he scored big time with freshly roasted turkey. We knew we'd crossed the line when we bought a chicken specifically so he could have some (rather than buying it for us, and just giving him some!)
As I type, they have both just been given a small piece of ham from our dinner

We had prawns for dinner last night and guess who got some prawns as well?
Anytime I buy BBQ chicken, I share some of the meat with Dootie, he loves it.
I share my potato chips (crisps) with P Puss, she a cheesey chippie cat LOL
Trev, picks his own treats, he got himself a new motorbike on Friday. This makes bike number 3. Lucky we only have one car in our garage.

Ash gets yoghurt and cheese as treats and if I don't wash up after breakfast he'll try and eat it out of the sink!

LOL where do I start....for the dogs I buy pedigree pal biscuits top of the line stuff but what are their favorites...no brand meaty rings from Woolies. They also love human food and always get some of what we have. The cats love chicken and get if often. The chooks get laying pellets and food scraps and the goats and cow get a hobby mix and mollasses that is just like a lolly for them. The dogs have their own three seater sofa bed on the verandah to sleep on with their own sleeping bags if you please!
Oh yeah, the burms get spoilt too.. If we have the fire going, I'll go and get their beds and line them up infront of the fire for them. You can tell when it's getting too hot.. you see 3 collapsed looking cats sprawled out away from the beds. I'm forever arranging the rug on the couch for them too.. twisting it around to make a nice cosy spot for them and I'll even go the extra mile by putting a cushion either side so the rug can be drapped over the top like a little cubby house for them  And of course got to save bits of roast off our plates for them ;) And who puts up with being uncomfortable cause you don't want to disturb the cats in bed LOL I must get a photo one day of how Sao sleeps on my head, leaving only a corner of the pillow for me!

I can vouch for Pam and the spoilt Burms. I recall last year where I had to fight for a spot in front of the fire. Guess who won?
the Burms of course. How can you resist those little faces?
