Cosmetic Procedures?

Anyone want to own up to having any?

Would you consider having any of these procedures?

I think I would be too chicken to go under the knife and just live with my lumps and bumps.

I will admit to having minor cosmetic dentistry - teeth whitening and a crown in one of my front teeth.:D
