That poor little kitten.. If Gemini survives, I hope she has a happy, comfortable life, as normal as possible. Otherwise, I hope nature is kind and takes the poor little mite swiftly over the rainbow bridge..

This woman is breeding obviously genetically inferior cats, and naming them "miniature cats" does not make them a "breed". Who knows what kind of health problems these cats face? And she plans to sell these kittens on the internet? She should not be breeding anything! I can't believe she's going to keep breeding these cats with the potential of more kittens developing this way.

The most infuriating part of the article was, and I quote, "Everybody is totally amazed that this thing exists". Thing? It's a kitten. A living, breathing being...not a thing! x(

DH mentioned this to me last night. I just read Pam's link. I am so sad for this woman's animals - she 'discovered' a litter of smaller than normal kittens? Is it just me or does it sound like she doesn't have a safe, responsible breeding program happening?

I'm not a breeder, just an animal lover, but this kind of thing makes me angry and sad.
