Any Gym junkies out there?

I've joined a gym a few times over the years but the longest I managed to stick it out was 3 months. Just bores me to tears I'm afraid. I joined aerobic's once and hated that too.

I've been going to the gym regularly for about 10 years now. I'm not buff or anything, it's like a hobby. I lift a few days a week and I just started a spinning class that totally kicks my butt. I love it.

I go to the gym 2-3 times a week most weeks. Often I go on the bike for 20-30 mins & watch trashy TV. It's a bit of time out.

I hate arobics!

HA You would never catch me in a gym. I prefer to go out walking or playing sport.

I did aerobics a fair bit in my teens BUT I hated it too lol
