... my cat is!!!! I guess he has always been playful (over 1 years old now) but he drives me nuts ALL the time. During the night he will wake me up many many times trying to get under the doona (that is fine and yes he can take up all the room in our tiny double bed LOL) but I can't stand him jumping ON me in the middle of the night, standing on my back (just sitting there I don't know what he is doing/thinking)... and he weighs 6kgs now so not FUN.

During the day he is constantly in 'time out' because a) he endlessly jumps up on Wilton's enclosure, I use the spray bottle on him but to no effect b) he jumps up into the sink and sits in it licking it etc even if the sink is clean c) drinking out of my cup LOL. I know this sounds petty but he does this all day, he won't play with any of his toys and he won't play with me (only his daddy). GRRRR I don't want him in time out all the time LOL. I guess this is just a vent!!!

Oh dear, naughty Ash!

I have to say, all day today my refrain has been "Barney!" in that cranky mum voice. I love him dearly, but he ain't the sharpest tool in the shed, that's for sure. He has closed himself in the toilet FOUR times this morning, as well as doing it last night while we were sleeping (subsequently shredded 2 rolls of toilet paper) - my fault really, for not closing the door. He's spent the past half hour under the sofa, poking at my bum with his claws. Nik's sleeping, so Barney is crying that awful "I've been abandoned" cry, making me think there's something wrong with him, but no - he just wants Nik to wake up and play.

Honestly, some days they are just so naughty it makes me fear toddlerhood with a human baby. Is it a full moon or anything?

Anyway, I hope Ash gets really tired and has a big long sleep and gives you a break (haven't these cats read that they are supposed to sleeep for 20 hours a day??)

I'm sure Widgee sleeps at least 18 hours a day but he makes certain I know the times he is awake. He gets really vocal when he wants food. Nothing will shut him up until he gets what he wants. Anyone what a ginger cat? LOL

Hehe ok so I don't feel so bad... Except Ash has just started biting me (hard) on the ankles when I am getting into the shower?!?! What is this about now? LOL.
