*They* say 2 litres but I don't know if that includes other liquids (like juice and cordial - probably not tea and coffee as they are diuretics). I aim for 2 litres, usually have about 1-1.5. I find if I just fill up a bottle I tend to drink more because I don't have to remember to go and fill up a glass all the time. Also I try to make sure I have some water when have a tea or coffee as well as when I have lunch and dinner.

When I was pregnant I just couldn't stand drinking plain water so I either put lemon juice in it (I don't like cordial) or I drank sparking mineral water.

I've been told you can increase your water intake by eating fresh fruit too :)

I try to drink 2lts. Like Naomi, I just have a sports bottle on hand, usually at the puter and you don't realise you are drinking it.
Some days I would probably have much more than the 2lts, and don't notice too much..apart from the peeing LOL.

I'm a bit like Leigh and have a water bottle at the computer and find that I drink it more regularly.

I've taken to leaving water bottles all over the house to remind me to drink water. Not a good look to keep the house tidy but at least I am drinking my water.

I've also noticed since having the flu I've gone right off drinking softdrink and reach for the water instead.

2L is recommended but don't forget that there is lots of water in fruit and even foods, like soups and sauces etc. i love the idea of leaving bottles round the house, I'll have to give that a go!

Well I guess you dont want to be running to the toilet every second! 2 litres is good I think. You will definately notice a difference once you start drinking more.

I aim for 6 - 7 glasses which is about 2 litres. I also have a 750ml bottle of water beside my computer.
