Fish Soup ?

I have brought fish today and have the heads etc and would like to make a easy cheap fish soup, does anybody have any recipes or ideas (im not really a soup eater so soups is not my forte)

Also once i have made this soup, what is the best way to store it? and for how long?

Any help would be apreciated.
