3 in the bed

We have been having trouble with the kids sleeping in the same bed of late. He starts off in his own bed, then when you go to check on them later, he's in her bed. The first 2 nights we left him, but said he couldn't do that anymore. (and since when do we listen to mum :roll: )
It's getting a bit beyond a joke now, he's too damn heavy to move, so I have to get Jake to carry him. Or stand there and poke him for 5mins to wake him up LOL

I should be thankful it is not my bed, But I am not sure what the fascination is, what the hell is wrong with your own bed? When I ask him why he says " just 'cause" x(

I'm amazed she doesn't mind him hopping into her bed! Hope you can help him stay in his own bed.

Leigh, we had a problem with our oldest Son too, he hated sleeping in his own room, in his own bed! We often found him snuggled in with one of the other kids :) He outgrew it eventually. :) We actually ended up putting bunk beds in their room for a while, and making them share. The novelty soon wore off then. ;)

My son always hopped into bed with his sister from a very early age. We bought him a set of bunks so they could share a bedroom ..would you believe he'd still hop in bed with Erin in the lower bunk. They always bathed together too. I never worried about it. I always thought it was great to see them such a close brother and sister (2 years apart). They are both well adjusted adults now, the co-sleeping and co- bathing didn't have any sinister effects on them, so absolutely nothing to worry about. IMO, if he wants to sleep with his sister, and she doesn't mind, let him :) They'll work it out ;) Besides, you only have to make one bed LOL
