Last night, as we were going to bed, Gra said "Awww, I wish Harry could sleep at the end of our bed"

Omg, should I start looking for a nice comfy couch?

Did you have rules when your pet first arrived that have now totally gone out the window? Btw, our 3 cats have no rules what so ever now lol

The dog never sleeps on the bed. Period.

* Ok, the dog can sleep at the foot of the bed only.
* Ok, the dog can sleep along side you, but he is not allowed under the covers.
* Ok, the dog can sleep under the covers, but not with his head on your pillow.
* Ok, the dog can sleep along side you, under the covers with his head on your pillow, but if he snores, he's got to leave the room.
* Ok, the dog can sleep and snore and fart and have nightmares in your bed, but he's not to come in and sleep on the couch in the TV room, where you're now sleeping. That's just not fair.

I can't say I am keen on the idea of dogs in bed, I don't know what the difference between a dog in bed, or cats in bed is..but there is one.

We have let puppies sleep on the bed in the past, but the novelty soon wears off.

I'm sure he will get sick of the idea, and Harry will be banished like the poor burms LOL.

Lots of light colours cats, on chocolate sheets, is a very bad idea I have discovered LOL

I used to think my brother had spoilt cats letting them live inside and sleep on the furniture. Hmm, well how things change. My cats live indoors and have the run of the house. Anywhere they can get to is theirs with the exception of them sleeping on my pillow. I am now officially a cat slave and get woken up when I am running late with the breakfast run. I don't make the bed in the morning if the cat is still asleep. the list goes on........

But I wouldn't have it any other way.

Heheh.. the bed is not big enough for OH, our cat and I so he hasn't completely taken over the house yet ;) Sure that will change over time.... :Hehe:

Oh, yes, we have many rules for our cats. Many, many rules. The rules have never changed. It's just that the cats have never complied with them, and never will.
