nothing lasts forever, i need a new washing machine and i have only had this one 24years, i am debating between another top loader or a front loader. Now i have had a few people try to talk me out of a front loader, but i would love to hear what you ladies think, good or bad but i need help in deciding please.

I want to get some new kitchen knives & am after a good brand. My big 'butchers' knife my parents gave me a long long time ago & has a wooden handle I love love lvoe that knife. Over the years I have bought a couple of knife block sets from various shops but they are crappy. There is a scanpan set on special atm RRP is $399 & its down to $179 does anyone have this brand of knife? Was thinking the Tupperware ones as well.

I really need one of these..Does anyone here use them? I am watching all the auctions, looking at garage sales etc. Saw some that were locally made at Tambourine Mountain a few years back, but haven't been up to see if they are still there. Would love to find one..

I just did the bathrooms & i sprayed my toilet system, seat, lid etc & i used Ajax Professional ultra kitchen degreaser because it said on the bottle (New Reinforced Degreasing Power) well, the nozzle was on 'stream' i thought it was on 'spray' but as i hit the toilet with it the freaking stuff has left big blotches of whiter then white stains all over the toilet lid etc :uhno: i am not happy because now when i walk into the bathroom the blotches are staring at me. i tried straight away with...

In this house we have vertical blinds, the ones in the kitchen are getting grotty & greasy how do I clean them??
