Im sure there is a gadget out there that you can speak in to and it will translate it to another language. Spending two weeks in Italy in a village where not many speak English..Im in need of some way to communicate.. Does anyone know of such a device. I know there are apps that you can get on your phone but I won't always have internet available to me..
I have been dragging the chain about updating my mobile plan. I was thinking of recharging monthly, but the benefits are not as good as a plan, so I am thinking I may go on a $29 plan. This would mean I can get HTC Sensation with $180 included calls, unlimited vodafone to vodafone and 3, unlimited FB plus 200mB of data. OR I can get for $34,an iphone 4 with 8GB. Plus all the rest. When I click on any link a web site keeps coming up with nothing to do with what I clicked? Its weird cause the web site that pops up is the link for the resort next to me telling guests how to use their wireless service?? Any help to get rid of this would be appreciated thanks girls!

Ok, ok...so technology has never been something that I spend big money on. I never even purchased a walkman or a discman. My current desktop was made by my BIL free for babysitting credits. I refused to buy a set top box ever for the TV. I waited until a 32 inch digital LED TV went down to $500. My phone plan is a cap one, included 250MB data which normally is enough. I had increased it for a month or two because I was using a lot of data while out and about doing Christmas shopping for price comparisons between retailers and the like. for those who have Mac's. I have found that my external hard drives can easily be read on my iMac but I cannot write to or edit files on it because it uses a different file system than Windows? Is there an easy away around this? An app that I can add to my iMac to be able to do this? or do I have to reformat all my external hard drives? MAJOR PITA as I have 5 externals, 2 x 1tb, 1 x 750g and 1 x 500g...so where am I going to store all the info on them while reformatting?? HELP. Maybe I should...
I have found some memory sticks that hubby had copied songs from Itunes on to BUT they are for a MP3 player? Is there a way of converting the songs to normal so I can play them on a normal stereo that I put the memory stick into??
I am hoping someone can help me here..Up until yesterday my mail was working fine. So I have a new iMac after using windows for years and the one thing I loved about windows was when viewing photo albums, from the actual file folder, you could easily view thumbnails of what photos are in each albums, even enlarge the thumbnails to make it easier when looking for a particular photo. Is there an easy way of doing this with the iMac? I have 1000s of photos on an external drive, I don't want to upload all of them to iPhoto, in fact it says there isn't enough room for me to do...
Morning Ladies. My DH has bought me an Ipad for Chrissy :D Now, although I'm not allowed to open and play with it until Christmas Day, I would like to be organised and download everything I need beforehand. What I mainly want it for, is to read my books, so what would be the app to download to purchase my books cheaply. I have an Iphone, so I am thinking everything on that will just transfer over onto the Ipad, but I haven't got a book app.

I have an itunes library and so does my neighbour. He wants me to put my library on his ipod but Itunes won't let me because he has his own library. So, how do I do it so he doesn't lose the songs he already has on his ipod?
