    Joined the gym....

    finally did it,went to the PCYC this avo with DH to check out the gym we both joined up for 12 months it was a great price compared to the local Gym we went to check that out first....what a price difference......
    they have great incentives too.....they give you a card and you get it stamped on each visit when you fill it out completely.....you get the 12 months membership free we both have a meeting with a personal trainer tmrw

    thought it would be good for my mind as well as body just want to lose some weight tone up,become fitter
