    I cooked some chicken and poured a bottle of scallopini sauce over it and had it with rice. Wasn't bad considering it was cooked by candlelight....didn't even burn the rice on the bottom of the saucepan.

    Frannie.. yes Sandy is on a diet, ( like me), so she is being a good good good girl, ( like me ). I lost 2 kilo's well to be precise 2.1 , from Monday to Monday ( yesterday),, huge thanks to Water Aerobics. I am loving it to be honest , it not excercise it is fun. Have set the garage up nearly so all ready to go with the cardiac side of it . Yayy bring on skinny ( OOOOPS not skinny can never be that), but thinner Linda. .

    The Bm cooked some party pies last night.....and left me one
