For sensitive issues use the Messages for Admin froum, Only you and the staff are able to see your messages here.

You will get a quicker response to your questions there.

Do not PM or email any of the Admin or Mods, PM's and emails for general support will be ignored!

Also, Di is not a mod (and has not been for months) Please do not contact her for support or to pass on messages. It is not fair to use her as the messenger pigeon.

It makes it too hard for us to keep track of and answer all the PM's and emails, when most questions can be answered by other staff or members. We get so many messages everyday, this can help lighten the load a little. Personal questions are still fine, but for general issues, please use messages for admin or the Help Forums.
