Books for Xmas
My family want me to tell them of some books that they will buy me for Xmas?
Are there some new releases out there that anyone knows of which will be good reading?
I like books by Di Morrisey / Jodie Picolt /Danielle Steele those sort of books.
I dont like vampire books or sex books just your basic books for 51 year old women

Re: Books for Xmas
LOL MOC....... I don't really read anymore as I lose the plot after the first page and have to re read a dozen times and not worth it. I use to be an avid reader but just cannot do it anymore.....a woman's mag is about all I can do these days and I have even suffered in training at work these last couple of days with the manuals !!!

Re: Books for Xmas
How about some old favourites that you haven't read for years Jen?
I'm planning to reread Neville Shute,"a town called Alice,In the wet" I think he wrote those. Also R E Delderfield, H E Bates but these write about England in the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
Do you like historical novels?Or autobiographies? Maybe combine the two Ned Kelly? Rolf Harris? Dame Edna?!! Sorry Jen those are the only famous Aussies I know!!!
if all else fails a book token perhaps?
Moc and Frannie....dont read!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
