    I just don't understand why it takes so long from start to finish.

    No that's not it....I just don't understand why it takes them so long to get three courses out onto the table. Having dessert after midnight....no wonder the judges were not impressed.

    Heather i think its because they only have the three hours prep time..and they cant get it all done...
    but yes i agree with you i wouldnt like my meal dragged out for that long...

    I think they deserved the points as it was only small elements of the dishes that let it down but I think for their age they did a fantastic job !!!
