Losing Weight
I have got a question about losing weight! And i am just curious on a few things! Well for starters i am wondering what is the best time for me to eat dinner if i am going for a walk of an arvo/night? Should i eat before i go or when i come back?
Also we have had so pretty crappy weather here lately so just wondering what are so GREAT exercises that wil help me lose weight in the comfort of my own home? I have also got walking weights i can use in the exercise! If anyone as got any ideas i am open to hear from you thank you very much

Re: Losing Weight
Well I guess the general rule some people use is no eating after 7pm.
As for exercises there are plenty that you can do in home - try googling or maybe buy some DVD'sThese little wagons hitched themselves to my star...

Re: Losing Weight
Gawd, can't comment. I spent an hour on the Wii fit and then ate a tub of icecream. BUT it was expensive ice cream so therefor good for me .........
