Eating veggies and fruits as my snack worked for me when I was trying to loose weight. Besides my daily diet I ate those in between.

I've just started today a new thing where instead of coffee I make myself a fresh fruit juice so far I'm doing well but it is day one and tomorrow I plan to start going for a morning walk after I drop Angus of at day care.
