    Crazy Heart

    Yet again another worthy performance by Jeff Bridges (nominated for an Oscar), now this won't be everyone's cup of tea, if you love Country and Western or a little bit of a romantic...

    I loved his character Bad Blake - he is a broken down, hard living country music singer, who has had way too many marriages, far too many years on the road and one too many drinks way too many times, but yet when a young journalist Jean (Maggie Gyllenhall) discovers the real man behind the musician...

    Colin Farrell and Jeff Bridges can sing!! It reminded me a bit of Walk the Line.

    I found the love story between Bad Blake and Jean way too unbelievable - he is 57 and she looks about 25.

    I knew Jeff Bridges could sing.....remember "Fabulous Baker Boys".
