PP I keep a book. I have columns drawn..and write all my accounts down one column
Then how much is owed down the next.
How much I am paying on down the next,
Then the date down in the next
Last column is the balance left to pay

I have it drawn up in monthly lots. I always know when a bill is due.
I have been doing this for just over 20 years now..and never had a problem.
Also if I want ,I can look back to last year to know exactly when a certain bill is due to come in..
