Re: Supporting small business's
I prefer a deli to Woolies or Coles. The food just seems to have more taste.

When you buy meat from a butcher etc,it tastes so much nicer than from a supermarket.

Re: Supporting small business's
My only problem there is I can't go into the Butchers shops without being ill.......I used to have one local Butcher trained....I would tap on the window to get his attention, then through a system of finger points and gestures ( and not rude ones either) choose whatever it was I needed. He then would come out give me the package and I'd pay him ....no change given, he had spent enough time with me.....usually put onto the next session

These days it's plastic wrapped or we don't eat meat.I am beautiful inside and out so I should love myself unconditionally.

I always try to support the smaller businesses. We live in a little town, so it is easy to do.

We are also the owner of a small business, so we know how hard it is.....Love the life you live. Live the life you love!! Bob Marley

I do as my parents own a small business. Sunday trading started here recently and I still shop at the smaller places if I need something on a Sunday..

Re: Supporting small business's
Here in Gippsland we have a buy local policy to support our town.
We try to really utilise this and the produce is fresh.
The people know each other and it builds our community and friendships too.
