It's disgusting. He should never have been let out in the first place.

Just slightly off topic, but it's a sore point with me. I don't believe those 2 should have ever been released. Not ever.
When they tortured and killed little James Bulger, my youngest son was just a few months older than him. I'll never forget reading the article in the paper detailing what they'd done. I was sobbing my eyes out. I can't imagine what James parents must have went through - and no doubt are still going through. Especially when things like this crop up to tear open their wounds. Why the heck should those ugly child killers be free to continue on with life like nothing had happened? Sheesh.

he was given a new identity with that he has a clean record there is no way a tabloid knows who he is....

the whole thing was a vile sickening act.....

Really? He was given a brand new start even after such a heinous act!He had the chance to put it behind him and become a productive member of society!To move on! What did James Bulger get? A brutal early death! What did his family get?Memories of a beautiful little boy who didn't get the chance to live his life! Venables has had the opportunity to get himself help since being released! What more can you do to help somebody? He deserves to be locked up for the rest of his natural life because he proved he can't be intergrated back into society.

These guys were kids, children, when they committed murder. What could possibly have caused them as children, to do something like that? They got released it dosn't mean a second chance, whatever happened or caused them to do that as kids will effect them for the rest of their lives no matter what "help" they recieved. I can't imagine what would drive kids to do that.

So Yes I feel sorry for them.

Back when they were convicted of little James murder, when asked why they did it, their reply was that they "just wanted to see what it felt like to kill someone."

I hear what you are saying Ell, and I respect your right to that opinion, but for myself - I'll never agree.

I'm sorry but I think most children would understand that what those kids did to that baby was wrong.

They should still be in jail.
