    Go to the health food store there are some tablets that you take if you get them a lot?
    I cant remember what they are called but they are very good I used to get them all the time

    I'm no help never had a cold sore in my life.
    TO KNOW SOMEONE HERE OR THERE WITH WHOM YOU FEEL THERE IS AN UNDERSTANDING IN SPITE OF DISTANCES OR THOUGHTS UNEXPRESSED----THAT CAN MAKE OF THIS EARTH A GARDEN.

    Hi! I am a 'newbie' here. Whenever I feel a cold sore coming on (usually from stress and/or too much sun), I dab it with tea-tree oil and rub it gently with an ice-block and take Lysine. Works every time! Oh, and avoid almonds - high in arginine which 'feeds' cold sores.
