Go girl but I wouldn't recommend too much juice in one day or you'll get the runs....I'm not a coffee drinker myself

Last time the headaches only lasted about 3-4 days and then they went, I'm hoping this time will be the same.
It was a very interesting show wasn't it Frannie.
I'm a bit worried about the dark haired lady as I think she has taken it too far to the point of making her self very sick but I'm not trying the things she did or the Watercress soup...ewww!
Yes PP, I think that one or 2 small glasses a day will do me...they are very filling!

Good luck Gin I don't drink coffee and I only have at the most two teas I have nothing to give up we have a juicer but it's packed away should really get more use out of it..they say that lowfat fruit smoothies are good too my hubby went through a stage of using the juicer then he gave it up you have to be committed.

TBH for me, juicers seem so labour intensive, with prepping the fruit and then all the cleaning up, I'd probably never bother. Would rather drink water if I gave up coffee. I admire those who can keep it up though.

But I thought juice was high in fructose... did find out the other week that coffee actually aides in slowing down your metabolism... all this new information made me just

Good luck with it Gin. Hope you can stick to it. It certainly sounds yummy.
I am not a big coffee drinker, I do like aerated water as a treat..like Perrier.. not a big tea drinker either.
It's mostly water for me these days.
