Re: Please wish me luck!
Best of luck Gin,I gave up coffee as I couldn't cut down on sugar, two spoons in each cup,7 or 8 cups a day

I have two cups of green tea in a morning and fruit teas throughout the day
maybe two glasses of water a week.
Only drink fruit juice and water regulary when I'm holiday
Hope you feel the benefit soonIF I AM NOT ON HERE, IT IS BECAUSE I AM DOING HOUSEWORK BECAUSE MY COMPUTOR HAS BROKEN!

Re: Please wish me luck!
I'm down from about the same number of coffees as you Gin (8-10) to maybe two a day....but I always drink just coffee flavoured hot water anyway.
I think I'm like Naomi.....too much prep and cleaning to buy a juicer let alone use one.I am beautiful inside and out so I should love myself unconditionally.

Re: Please wish me luck!
This forum has got me thinking......exactly how many cups of coffee do I drink per day? As far as I can work out I reckon about 4-5. But that is down from years ago when I think I probably drank anywhere up to 12 a day.
Don't have a juicer nor am I about to go get one especially since I received a fabulous coffee machine for Christmas......so feeling motivated by this forum I think I am going to cut down. No more instant coffee for me.......if I want a coffee it will be a skinny cap......and since it's a little bit of work to make......I suspect 2 a day will do me.
I love water......and probably don't drink enough.....so water will now fill in the gaps.
Good luck with your quest GP and look forward to hearing how you go with it.
