    Both ways depending on the setting ie BBQ or dinner etc

    I like it hot or cold & i havn't had quiche for a few years DH doesn't eat it so i used to order it when out for lunch but these days i don't see it on the Menu like it once was .
    Now i want some quiche & for desert i want Clinkers

    Used to make a lot of quiches to take out on the boat....I could heat them up in winter or have them cold in summer.
