Re: Quiche
I love this recipe cos it form its own base, no need to make a pastry cut(lighter on the hips).
You can make it as a big one or use a muffin tray to make mini ones
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups of grated cheese
1 chopped onion
100 grms chopped bacon
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup self raising flour
1 tomato
parsley
Method
Mix all ingrediants except tomato and parsley together. Slice your tomato. Pour equal amounts into muffin tray or in one big pie dish, place a slice of tomato on top of each one or for a big one place on top all around, sprinkel over parsley and bake @18O DEG for 30-40 mins.
Rest for at least 10 mins before serving big one.
Enjoy

Re: Quiche
I'm horrid and have a bit of tomato sauce with mine, lol
Let me know how you liked em ladies
Even my lil ones really enjoy them, you don't have to stick to those ingrediants, you can put whatever tickels your fancy in there. Sometime i use spring onion instead of normal onion

Re: Quiche
Love quiche had a spinach quiche and salad for lunch the other day very nice can eat it hot or cold depending on the quiche.
TO KNOW SOMEONE HERE OR THERE WITH WHOM YOU FEEL THERE IS AN UNDERSTANDING IN SPITE OF DISTANCES OR THOUGHTS UNEXPRESSED----THAT CAN MAKE OF THIS EARTH A GARDEN.

loved this one, I mean life was nasty and ppl had their little ways of coping and getting through those hurrendous times, power to them
