You can make it as a big one or use a muffin tray to make mini ones

    4 eggs
1 1/2 cups of grated cheese
    1 chopped onion
    100 grms chopped bacon
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1/2 cup self raising flour
    1 tomato
    parsley

    Method
Mix all ingrediants except tomato and parsley together. Slice your tomato. Pour equal amounts into muffin tray or in one big pie dish, place a slice of tomato on top of each one or for a big one place on top all around, sprinkel over parsley and bake @18O DEG for 30-40 mins.
Rest for at least 10 mins before serving big one.
    Enjoy
So that's where I went wrong last time....I put in about 12 eggs and it was bloody awful.

    Re: Quiche

Mumbug I'm not a very good cook so it took a lot for me to even hazard a guess at how to make a quiche. I figured hey, it's mainly egg right, so that's what it mainly had in it.

And it was the most ghastly thing ever to be prepared in my kitchen....well no, the dijon mustard chicken was worse. And so was the battery acid stir fry. So ok, it was the 3rd worst thing ever to be prepared in my kitchen.

Hi girls......hope somebody is online right now. Decided to make this recipe for DD for a bit of a St. Paddy's day thing she has on......sounds great, but is it right that there is no liquid other than the eggs and melted butter. Just made it and it's quite dry......no way I would be "pouring" into muffin pans. I would have to spoon.

Help......I'm looking to get these cooked this morning so I can drop them over to her.
