    I made the recipe was very nice aside from being a little dry like you said I'm going to put in a little milk next time thought it was nice besides that and very quick to make...hubby said it was dry because I cooked it too long but I didn't.

    No RR you didn't cook it too long. When I didn't get any response I decided to google "impossible quiche" and found a couple of recipes, both of which had 1 1/2 cups if milk. I opted for 1/2 cup of cream and a cup of milk.

    Turned out well and made some for our dinner with the leftovers from the St Paddys day function.

    OMG girls I am so so sorry. I am such a doosh bag. there is meant to be 1 and 1/2 cups of milk, I left that out. So so sorry
