    Wink Hot Cross Buns

    I like the good old style variety, but the last few years there as been quite a variety
    of buns to buy...do you buy the choc chip etc......

    I love the traditional ones but I have bought the choc chip ones before - they really pack in the chocolate let me tell you

    They are just too doughy for me - can't say I am a big fan - might have one the whole easter period - I like it toasted and with loads of butter.

    How funny you did this thread thismorning Melinda, i had a GF give me 6 of the freshest hotxbuns thismorning they were still warm & i have just had 2 or them, i only buy the traditional ones

    I like the fruit ones. They are my favorites..we always seem to waste them though, It happens every year, don't know why. Maybe it is because they are usually doughy like Alexa said.
