    Unhappy Macular degenaration / Canola oil

    last night when i went to pick up DD i heard on the radio how bad canola oil is and it seems to cause macualr degenartion a leading eye doctor says...

    i did google and that was good enough for me when i saw the results so i threw away my canola oil spray...

    This has been going around for some time now........I still use the Canola spray because really it's only the tiniest bit being used.....but I use Olive oil for any other cooking.

    I find this quite funny, so today i read that gossiping is bad for a persons health, will it stop ppl? No.. I seriously cant understand that ppl listen to these sort of things.

    I have never heard of Canola oil,let alone used it? Yet I have Macular degenaration?

    i guess i must have missed it somewhere about the canola.....
    it is Bona Fide as when i goggled the Dr who came up quite a bit is a leader in his field with macular degenaration i have friends who go to him....

    I never use it..Only Olive oil and Rice oil for me.
