yes it is.. i don't get why the judge stil llet her stay there.. it's not safe. I feel sorry for the girl.. the system is f** up..

Well I am going to copy and paste this link to everyone I know and will be making a complaint wherever I can as this is *SO SO WROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG ON SO MANY LEVELS * Sorry ladies for yelling but this just gets my goat big time and I hope others will do the same !!!!!
