Read 19th Wife some time back and yes excellent read.

Picked up Private by James Patterson.... got a little bored with his reads so haven't read much in awhile.... so far so good

I'm just about to get started on The Elegance of the Hedgehog ... very excited about reading it, I hope it's as good as I'm expecting.

Ive seen The 19th Wife at the library, looks reaally interesting, I love true or semi-true books about other times/cultures - I will get around to borrowing it one day, have so many other books waiting to be read though.
I always have a book on the go, only one at a time though and average 2- 3 weeks to read each one. Even longer if it is a long book.

Oh great Lucy.... well i've only read about 6 chapters and I am really enjoying. Can you believe it has only now come into our book stores..... are we behind or what . Did you read the Stieg Larrson series Luce.... i really enjoyed them too.

Finished Private on hols... lovely read - so light and easy, if you get my meaning. Also loved the fact that the chapers were primarily two pages!!! Ja, good recommendation lucy thanks

Will you be seeing the movie The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo?

I am almost finished Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert (the movie comes out soon with Julia Roberts), hope the movie is better than the book as gosh it is slow.

Now reading Still Alice about a 50 year olds decent into early Alzheimer's, very sad but informing.

Have also read Ghost Child by Caroline Overington (Australian author)

The Better Women by Ber Carroll (she is the Irish version of Jodi Picoult)

The Lies we Tell by Diane Chamberlain (easy read)

Alexis. Sure the movie will be vastly improved. Started reading Martina Cole novel but for the life of me csnt recall the name (know its fot Lady in the title)
