Bircher Muesli

I tried it the other day, it was like a wet muesli....
interesting, i have never seen it for sale...
is it something that people make themselves.....

anyway i didnt mind it....it had lovely long strands of coconut in it....

Hi again! Bircher M is normally soaked overnight. I tried the Jamie Oliver recipe once and it was very good. I am not sure if I can post the recipe here, and looked at your profile - still new here and not sure how to send it in a message. If you can get the book Return of the Naked Chef, I think it is in it, or even the Naked Chef book.
