You've got your head screwed on too Jade.....I don't think anyone of them would get anything over on you.

    Yep, no flies on me...

Did I mention that the agent called me yesterday because he had borrowed the keys from the rental agent, but he couldn't open the door. To which I of course replied that he shouldn't be trying to get through the door because he hadn't obtained my permission.

He assured me that he was just trying the keys on the outer door to make sure they worked, but he couldn't get them to open the security gate... to which I replied 'we don't have a security gate' - which is when we realised he had the right keys, but was at the wrong place....

Bloody good agent dosent even know what house he is selling.
Do you have a nosey neighbour who can keep an eye on the house while your at work and call the policy if the try to gain illegal access again?\

A friend once had a routine inspection at her place and left work early to attend. She walked in 1/2 an hour before the inspection appointment to find the agent having a coffee and a biscuit watching T.V.
I'v had the last manager of our place sacked because she showed up to inspect the property and let herself in. We only knew this because she had to call DF to get our alarm codes. We didnt get any notice of an inspection and we called her out and she hasnt been heard from since.
